Delivery Policy

A local delivery fee of $9.99 will be added to each order, for each address within the Metropolitan Toronto area.

Online orders for delivery within the 905 telephone code area can also be placed for a fee of $14.99. Areas covered within this are as follows: Richmond Hill, Pickering, Ajax, Oshawa, Mississauga, Oakville, Brampton, Woodbridge, Thornhill, Markham, and Unionville.

Tax of 15% is also applied to the shipping costs. Therefore the total shipping cost for the 416 area code is 11 dollars and 49 cents (9.99 + 15%), and that of the 905 area code is 17 dollars and 24 cents (14.99 + 15%).

National and International orders will be charged according to the destination. Please email us or telephone for further information.

Orders must be received before 11 a.m. to assure same-day delivery. Some exceptions may be possible for local delivery - telephone us with your requirements. Orders received after 11 a.m. will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays or holidays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.

Sales Tax Information

Every Internet order you place with us will be charged provincial sales tax of 7%, and government sales tax of 8%, which will be applied to the amount of the order, including shipping costs. This tax rate is based upon the rate our shop is charged, regardless of the destination of your order.

Order Changes

Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change any orders already delivered or presently en route to delivery.

If you find it necessary to cancel or change delivery dates or addresses for any other orders, call us as soon as possible on 416-630-3662.

We are also unable to accept cancellations or change requests via e-mail.

Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your gift if certain flowers are unavailable. To maintain the appearance and spirit of the gift, we follow these substitution guidelines:

Care is taken to match the style and colour scheme of the arrangement and gift container.

The colours of a mixed arrangement will be matched as closely as possible to the desired bouquet, using flowers of equal or greater value.

If specific flowers are requested, flower type takes priority over colour.
